Ordering Process

When you place an order through our website, the following process applies:

• Order Placement: You add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Providing accurate delivery information is your responsibility.
• Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation is not a guarantee of delivery — it is an acknowledgment that we have received your request.
• Order Acceptance: An order is only accepted and binding once we have confirmed it is ready for preparation or dispatch.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Stock Availability: Products marked "In Stock" on our website are subject to real-time availability. In rare cases, an item may be unavailable after your order is placed. We will notify you and offer a substitute or full refund.
• Minimum Order: We reserve the right to set a minimum order value for delivery orders, which will be displayed clearly at checkout.

Pricing & Discounts

All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• All prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the final price charged.
• The 10% online discount is applied automatically at checkout and is valid on all products unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional discounts, seasonal offers, and coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any discount, offer, or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Prices displayed in the shop may differ from online prices due to the online discount applied exclusively to website orders.

Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within selected areas of Karachi. Delivery availability, charges, and estimated times are subject to change.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or other factors beyond our control.
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
• Perishable items (ice cream, fresh juices) must be accepted upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for product quality if delivery is refused or delayed by the customer.
• Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery to areas we deem unsafe or inaccessible for our delivery partners.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• To cancel an order, call us immediately at +92 349 8660240 or WhatsApp us with your order number.
• Cancellations made after the preparation stage has begun cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.
• In cases where we are unable to fulfill your order (stock unavailability, operational issue), we will cancel and fully refund your payment within 3–5 business days.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, our refund policy is as follows:

• All refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of receiving your order — with photo evidence where applicable.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or cash at our discretion.

Product Quality & Allergens

We are committed to serving the highest quality products made from pure, natural ingredients. However, customers must be aware of the following:

• Allergens: Our products contain dairy, nuts (pistachios, cashews, almonds), and may contain traces of gluten, eggs, and other allergens due to shared preparation surfaces. If you have a known allergy, please contact us before ordering.
• Nutritional Information: Detailed nutritional information is not currently available on our website. Please call us if you require this information for health or dietary reasons.
• Freshness Guarantee: All products are freshly prepared. Ice cream should be consumed within the same day of purchase for optimal quality.
• Seasonal Availability: Certain flavours and products may only be available seasonally or while stocks last. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with a similar product of equal or greater value.
• Photographs: Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product served.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Peshawari Ice Cream shall not be liable for:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct communication before resorting to legal proceedings.
