Fill in your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp within a few minutes. Can I order by calling or WhatsApp? +
Absolutely! You can place your order by calling us at +92 349 8660240 or sending us a WhatsApp message at the same number. Just tell us what you'd like, your delivery address, and your preferred payment method. Please note that online orders get an automatic 10% discount that may not apply to phone orders unless mentioned.
What is the 10% online discount? +
When you order through our website at peshawaricecream.com, a 10% discount is automatically applied to all items in your cart. This discount is exclusive to online orders and does not require any coupon code. The discounted price is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Is there a minimum order amount? +
There is no strict minimum order amount for dine-in or walk-in customers. For delivery orders, a minimum order may apply depending on your delivery zone. Free delivery is available for orders of Rs. 1,000 or more to Zone A (DHA Phase IVโ€“VIII). Any applicable minimum order will be shown at checkout before you confirm.
How do I know my order is confirmed? +
After placing your order online, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you ordered via WhatsApp or phone, our team will confirm your order verbally or via a WhatsApp reply. If you don't receive confirmation within 5โ€“10 minutes, please call us at +92 349 8660240.
Can I schedule an order for a later time? +
Yes! For scheduled orders (especially bulk or event orders), please call or WhatsApp us at +92 349 8660240 at least 24โ€“48 hours in advance. For same-day orders, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis during our operational hours (12pm โ€“ 2am daily).

We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, though some customisations may not always be possible.

For bulk orders for events, weddings, birthday parties, or corporate gatherings, please contact us at least 24โ€“48 hours in advance. Delivery & Shipping
Which areas in Karachi do you deliver to? +
We deliver to most areas in Karachi. Our primary delivery zones include DHA Phase IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, Clifton, Bath Island, Zamzama, and Khayaban-e-Seher. We also deliver to PECHS, Bahadurabad, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, and other areas on request. For areas outside DHA and Clifton, please call us at +92 349 8660240 to confirm delivery availability before ordering.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery times depend on your location: Zone A (DHA): 20โ€“35 minutes ยท Zone B (Clifton): 30โ€“45 minutes ยท Zone C (PECHS, Gulshan): 45โ€“60 minutes. During peak hours (Friday & Saturday evenings), delivery may take 15โ€“20 minutes longer. All items are prepared fresh upon order confirmation, so preparation time is included in these estimates.
What are the delivery charges? +
Delivery charges are based on your location and order value. For Zone A (DHA): Free delivery on orders Rs. 1,000+, Rs. 80 below Rs. 500, Rs. 50 on Rs. 500โ€“999. Zone B (Clifton): Rs. 100 / Rs. 70 / Rs. 30. Zone C: Rs. 150 / Rs. 120 / Rs. 80. All charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order โ€” no hidden fees.
What are your delivery hours? +
We accept delivery orders from 12:00 PM until 12:30 AM (Monday to Thursday) and until 1:30 AM (Friday to Sunday). Our shop closes at 1:00 AM on weekdays and 2:00 AM on weekends. Orders placed after the last delivery cut-off cannot be processed until the next day.
Do you deliver outside Karachi? +
No, we currently only deliver within Karachi. We do not ship to Lahore, Islamabad, Hyderabad, or any other city outside Karachi. This is due to the perishable nature of our products โ€” ice cream and fresh juices cannot be shipped over long distances without quality degradation. However, you are welcome to visit us at our shop in Defence Phase VI when you are in Karachi!
Can I track my delivery? +
We currently do not offer real-time GPS tracking for deliveries. However, our delivery rider will call you when they are near your location. If you haven't received your order within the estimated time, please call us at +92 349 8660240 and we will check the status of your delivery immediately.
What if my delivery is late? +
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us immediately at +92 349 8660240. We take delivery delays seriously and will investigate immediately. Delays due to Karachi traffic, rain, or peak hours are sometimes unavoidable, but we always strive to keep you updated. For excessively delayed orders, we may offer a discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill.
What happens if I'm not home when the delivery arrives? +
Our delivery rider will call you twice before marking the order as a failed delivery. If you are unreachable, the order will be held for 15 minutes. After that, it will be returned. Please ensure your phone is reachable during the expected delivery window. Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability are not eligible for a refund as the food has already been prepared.

How many flavours do you offer? +
We currently offer 79+ menu items across 6 categories: Ice Cream Flavours (20+), Ice Cream Shakes (20+), Specialities (Falooda, Piyala, Jelly Fruit), Milk Shakes, Fresh Juices, and Limca & Slush (18 flavours). Our menu is updated seasonally โ€” some flavours are only available during specific times of year.
Are your products made fresh daily? +
Yes โ€” everything is made fresh daily. We do not use pre-packaged, frozen, or reheated products. Our ice cream is churned fresh, our juices are freshly squeezed, and our shakes are blended to order. This is why we ask customers to consume their order within 30 minutes of receipt for the best taste and texture.
Do you use artificial colours or flavours? +
No artificial colours or flavours. We use real fruits, farm-fresh dairy, and premium natural ingredients. The vibrant colours in our ice cream come from natural sources โ€” real strawberries, real pistachios, real blueberries, and real mango. We are committed to keeping our products as natural and pure as possible.
Do your products contain allergens? +
Yes. Our products contain dairy (milk, cream) and nuts (pistachios, cashews, almonds). Some products may contain traces of gluten and eggs. We prepare all products in a shared kitchen environment, so cross-contamination is possible. What is "Peshawari Ice Cream" โ€” what makes it different? +
Peshawari Ice Cream refers to a traditional style of ice cream originating from Peshawar, Pakistan. It is known for its thick, dense, creamy texture โ€” very different from commercial ice cream. It uses rich dairy, real pistachios, cardamom, and rose water in its classic form. Our recipes have been passed down through generations and remain authentic to the Peshawari tradition.
Are any of your products suitable for vegetarians? +
Yes โ€” all of our products are vegetarian. We do not use any meat, gelatin, or non-vegetarian ingredients in our ice cream, shakes, or juices. However, all products contain dairy (milk, cream). We do not currently offer vegan options, but we hope to introduce dairy-free alternatives in the future.
Why is a flavour showing "Out of Stock"? +
Some flavours are seasonal and only available when the key ingredients (fresh fruits, specialty nuts) are in season. Out of stock items are automatically updated on our website. If you want to know when a specific flavour will be back, call us at +92 349 8660240 and we will let you know. You can also request to be notified when it becomes available.
How long can I store the ice cream after delivery? +
For the best taste and texture, consume our ice cream within 30 minutes of receipt. If you need to store it, place it in your freezer immediately. When stored properly, it can last up to 24โ€“48 hours, but quality will gradually decrease. Our fresh juices and shakes should be consumed immediately upon delivery.

Can I use a coupon or promo code? +
We occasionally offer promotional codes and seasonal discount coupons through our social media pages and WhatsApp broadcasts. If you have a valid coupon code, enter it at checkout in the designated field. Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the promotion terms.

Refunds & Returns
Can I get a refund if I received the wrong order? +
Yes โ€” receiving the wrong item is fully eligible for a refund. Take a clear photo of what you received and send it to us via WhatsApp at +92 349 8660240 within 2 hours of delivery. We will either send you the correct item or issue a full refund โ€” your choice. We sincerely apologise for any mix-ups.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the taste? +
Unfortunately, taste preference is not eligible for a refund. Our flavour descriptions and categories are clearly listed on the website to help you choose. If you are unsure about a flavour, we recommend visiting our shop at Defence Phase VI and trying a sample before purchasing. However, if your product is genuinely defective or not what you ordered, we will absolutely refund you.
How long do I have to request a refund? +
All refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of receiving your order. This is because our products are perishable โ€” ice cream melts and juices lose freshness quickly. Claims raised after 2 hours cannot be verified or processed. To request a refund, WhatsApp us at +92 349 8660240 with your order number and a photo of the issue.
How long does a refund take to process? +
Refund timelines: Cash on Delivery โ€” same day or next visit ยท EasyPaisa/JazzCash โ€” 1โ€“3 business days ยท Bank Transfer โ€” 3โ€“5 business days ยท Credit/Debit Card โ€” 5โ€“7 business days ยท Store Credit โ€” within 2 hours of approval. Store credit is the fastest option and has no expiry date.
Do I need to return the product to get a refund? +
No โ€” we do not require you to return the product. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of consumed or partially consumed food items. Simply send us a clear photo or video of the issue via WhatsApp, and we will process your claim without needing you to return anything.
Can I cancel my order after placing it? +
Cancellations are possible within 5 minutes of placing your order for a full refund. After that, if preparation has not started, we may still be able to cancel โ€” call us immediately at +92 349 8660240. Once preparation has started, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
