Delivery Coverage Area
We currently deliver to selected areas of Karachi. Our primary delivery zone covers Defence (DHA) and surrounding neighbourhoods, with extended delivery to other parts of the city on request.

Delivery Times
We deliver during our operational hours. Delivery requests outside these hours will be scheduled for the next available slot.

- Delivery times are estimates and may increase during peak hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays).
- During heavy rain, Karachi traffic, or other unavoidable circumstances, delivery times may be extended. We will notify you via WhatsApp or call.
- Orders placed after the last delivery cut-off time cannot be processed until the next operational day.
- Same-day delivery is available for all orders placed before the last delivery cut-off time.
Friday and Saturday evenings (7 PM – 11 PM) are our busiest times. Orders during peak hours may take 15–20 minutes longer than the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your patience!

Our delivery charges are based on your location and order value. We strive to keep delivery affordable for all our customers in Karachi.

Orders of Rs. 1,000 or more to Zone A (DHA Phase IV–VIII) qualify for FREE delivery. This is in addition to the 10% online discount already applied at checkout. Order more, save more!
- Delivery charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — no hidden fees.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases where the failure is on our part.
- We reserve the right to update delivery charges with reasonable notice. Changes will be reflected immediately at checkout.

From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door — here is exactly what happens:
Order online via our website with 10% discount, or call/WhatsApp us directly at +92 349 8660240. Provide your correct delivery address and contact number.
You receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp within a few minutes. Our team reviews your order and begins preparation immediately.
Your ice cream, shakes, or juices are freshly prepared in our kitchen at Defence Phase VI. We never use pre-packaged or reheated items.
All items are packed in food-grade insulated packaging to maintain freshness and temperature during transit. Ice cream stays cold until it reaches you.
Our delivery partner picks up your order and heads to your address. You may receive a call from our delivery rider to confirm your exact location.
Your order arrives fresh and ready to enjoy! Please inspect your order upon receipt. If anything is missing or incorrect, contact us immediately.
Packaging & Freshness
We take great pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed specifically for perishable food items like ice cream.
Ice cream is placed in food-grade insulated containers that maintain cold temperatures for up to 45 minutes after packing.
All shakes, juices, and drinks are sealed with airtight lids to prevent spills and maintain freshness during delivery.
All packaging materials are food-safe, BPA-free, and sourced from approved suppliers. We do not use harmful plastics or materials.
All items are placed in a secure delivery bag to prevent tipping or movement during transit on Karachi's roads.
Ice cream is a perishable product. For the best taste and texture, please consume within 30 minutes of receipt. We cannot be responsible for quality degradation if the order is left at room temperature for an extended period after delivery.
Failed Delivery
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver your order, the following policy applies:

- Our delivery rider will attempt to call you twice before marking an order as a failed delivery.
- Please ensure your phone is reachable and your delivery address is accurate and complete, including flat/floor number and nearest landmark in Karachi.

Bulk & Event Orders
Planning a birthday party, corporate event, wedding, or family gathering in Karachi? We offer special bulk ordering and catering arrangements for large events.

Office parties, product launches, and corporate gatherings catered with our full menu. Special pricing for orders above Rs. 5,000.
Ice cream counters, falooda stalls, and live serving stations for weddings and large functions anywhere in Karachi.
School events, sports days, and community gatherings — bulk orders with special student-friendly pricing available on request.
Bulk orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance. A deposit of 50% may be required for orders above Rs. 3,000. Please call or WhatsApp us to discuss your event requirements and get a custom quote.
